Clay became a licensed Realtor in 2014. He was first exposed to the industry by his mom, Caron. His background in corporate IT sales, along with his passion for real estate, helped him to bring tremendous value to buyers and sellers. Outside of work he enjoys being with his family and finding time to spend a few hours on the golf course!
Caron has been licensed since 2009 and takes pride in being accessible and accountable to our clients while providing them with excellent and professional service. She became a real estate agent because of her love of homes, meeting new people, and learning their stories. When not working (which is rare) she loves spending time on her family farm and being with her children and grandchildren.
Connor has been licensed since 2022. A Jacksonville native, he has called Springfield home since 2008. His love for houses was instilled in him at a young age and he has been in the business of customer service his whole professional life. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outside with his wife and two boys Ezra and Arlo.
Lexie has been in marketing since 2014. She has experience talking about social media and strategies at conferences in the Midwest. She received her Real Estate Broker license in 2021. When not helping clients, you’ll find her with her family, playing volleyball, or enjoying live music.
